Papers for 1-edge proof

2-Residence certificate papers

In this, valid documents such as ration card, passport, election card, electricity or phone bill can be given which is in the name of the applicant.

3-Medical Information Papers

In this, blood report, medication and allergy report have to be given.

4- 3 stamp size photographs are also to be affixed.
