Video Banking Service: Video call facility start from Banking Service, work will be done sitting at home

Agro Haryana, New Delhi: You call customer care for any type of problem or information related to bank account. But now a bank has given the facility of video calls while giving new facilities to the customers.

Yes, that means you can make a video call to the banker to solve your problem. Video call facility has been started by AU Small Finance Bank for any kind of problem of the customers.

Along with this, it was claimed by AU Small Finance Bank that it is the first bank to provide 24X7 video banking facility to the customers.

Jan Dhan account holders will also be able to take advantage

According to Uttam Tibrewal, Executive Director, AU Small Finance, 'This facility is available to the bank's customers regardless of the type of banking relationship they have (credit card, loan, savings, digital savings, basic service savings, current account, etc.) '

Tibrewal told that Prime Minister Jan Dhan account holders of AU SFB can also take advantage of video banking service.

All Video Banker On-Roll Employees

AU Small Finance Bank's dedicated team will ensure face-to-face, human-centric interaction even on holidays and weekends. All video bankers are on-roll employees and video banking service is available 24x7 for 365 days.

For example, this facility of video calling will also be available at 1 am on Sunday. AU follows the data security principles and guidelines issued by the SFB regulators.

Will be able to take more than 400 services in video banking

In a press note issued by AU SFB, it was said that the bank's customers can access more than 400 services through 24x7 video banking service.

According to the information given on the bank's website, these facilities include address updating, loan enquiry, credit card KYC, FD, recurring deposit, fastag recharge, request for check book and other facilities.

Apart from all these facilities one can open a savings account as well as complete his/her KYC using Video Banking from 8 am to 8 pm.

Tibrewal said that it is not possible to offer some banking transactions through video banking. That is, cash related transactions, deposit of checks and all types of financial transactions between 8 pm to 8 am are not possible through this.

NEFT, IMPS and all other types of financial transactions can be done through video banking only from 8 am to 8 pm.
