Agro Haryana, New Delhi: Success Story IPS Sakshi Verma: Sakshi Verma, who belongs to Rajpura, Punjab, became IPS by cracking the fourth UPSC Civil Services exam.

At that time his age is 28 years. He secured 175th rank in UPSC exam. She is one of the youngest women police officers to become SP.

Sakshi Verma was born on 31 August 1989 in Rajpura, Punjab. Sakshi became IPS in the year 2014 by cracking UPSC. Before becoming the SP of Kullu, she was posted as SSP in Shimla.

Where he launched a campaign against drug smugglers and destroyed the drug trade. In the beginning of the year 2017, he raided and caught a brown sugar supplier red-handed with his car.

IPS Sakshi did her schooling from ICL Public School Rajpura (Patiala) and SD College Chandigarh. Her father SP Verma retired from Oriental Bank of Commerce as a senior manager and mother Rama Verma retired as a spokesperson from a government school.
